Warm Up
x3 rounds:
x1 moderate weight Turkish Get Up left and right sides
x5 scapular push ups
*round 2: regular push ups,
* round 3: 3 seconds down and up regular push ups
x10 hand-to-hand kettlebell swings
Every Minute on the Minute x6 rounds (30 minutes):
Minute 1: x5 double swing cleans + x3-5 push ups
Minute 2: x1 Turkish Get Up (heavy) left side
Minute 3: x2 reset swings + x5 regular 2 hand swings + x2 reset swings
Minute 4: x1 Turkish Get Up (heavy) right side
Minute 5: x5 snatch to racked hold OR x5 double snatch to racked hold
*if single snatch, switch sides each round
*all racked holds last until the 30 or 40 second mark depending on difficulty"
