Squat and push it: class 14 keeps you on the balls of your feet and edge of your seat. Today's session should feel like a nice 70% max range day. It's a bit of a super-set follow up to class 13, so if your muscles are sore from previous push ups and overhead work, modify your bell selection accordingly!

*round 3, 3 seconds down and up regular push ups
x10 hand-to-hand kettlebell swings

6 minutes continuous work:
Turkish Get Ups, alternating sides

x4 total rounds, resting up to 60 seconds between movements
A: x6-8 split squats left and right, with bell racked on the side of the front leg
