Bells Up Advanced Bodyweight Program
Bells Up Advanced Programs include a full range of bodyweight movements. Nothing is off limits, pistol squats and variations of single arm movements including working towards a one arm pushup.
We recommend starting with an Intermediate Program if you aren't confident with breath, hard style planks and hollow holds. A strong squat and push up is required.
An 8 week program consisting of 16 sessions. The sessions are meant to be executed in order 1-4, repeat 1-4, then 5-8, repeat etc.
