Rememeber a little goes along way when doing bodyweight movements. Less repetitions, nothing fancy and focus on form.
Warm Up:
60 seconds each movement x3 rounds
1. lateral lunges
2. curtsey lunges
3. pushups SLOW count down
4. table top, hold 3 seconds at the top
(2.3.5) repetitions x1 round
1. bent knee archer pushups
rest 1 minute between sides
(2.3.5) repetitions x3 rounds
1. shrimp squat
rest one minute between sides and 3-5 between rounds
