Warm Up:
60 seconds each movement x2 rounds
1. duckwalk
2. ankle circles
3. ankle stretch
1. pistol down pistol up each side
rest one minute between sides and 3-5 between doing pushups
2. one arm push up each side
rest one minute between sides and 3-5 between doing pushups
*if 3-5 pistols is easy on each side we can start gradually adding weight
