In today's session we introduce the cossack squat. Do not force range of motion instead take it slow, breath through sticky points and maybe go slightly deeper into the movement each round. We will also be progressing the heel taps with a sweep and hold.
Warm Up:
60 seconds each movement x2 rounds
1. duck walk
2. squat shifts
3. v-ups
4. crab to crawl switches
Program:
(1.2.3) repetitions x4 rounds
1. one arm plank tap with 5 count hold
2. cossack squat
3. side plank :20 seconds each side
4. heel tap with sweep right side
5. heel tap woth sweep left side
rest 3-5 minutes between rounds
