Session six incorporates single arm plank and one leg lifted to practice holding tension. During the circuit we will practice more single side movememnts including single leg deadlifts with tempo and holding in the bottom position.
Warm Up:
60 seconds each movement x3 rounds
1. kneeling ankle drill
2. single arm plank and leg (switch arm and leg halfway through)
3. 1/2 kneel windmill to elbow (switch sides halfway through)
4. crawl with opposite knee tap
Program:
circuit 40 seconds each movement 20 seconds rest switch at the top of the minute x3 rounds
1. single leg deadlift right side
2. single leg deadlift left side
3. foot in the wall plank (work :20 rest :20 work :20)
4. bottom pistol hold right (work :20 rest :20 work :20)
5. bottom pistol hold left (work :20 rest :20 work :20)
