Our repetitions for the finger assisted pushups will increase, remember the goal is technique. If it does not feel good decrease the reps and always take the breaks. We will practice holding in the hole and also alternating sides in the same movement.
Warm Up:
30 seconds each movement x3 rounds
1. walk on toes
2. walk on heels
3. walk on the inside of foot
4. walk on the outside of foot
5. heel tap leg sweep right
6. heel tap leg seep left.
Program:
(1.2.3) repetitions x3 rounds
1. finger pushups (1 minute rest between sides)
2. alternate holding in the hole, without standing up in between (2 reps each side then 3 then 5)
3. hollow rock
rest 3-5 minutes between rounds
(2.3.5) repetitions x2 rounds
1. shrimp squat (1 minute rest between sides)
2. v ups
3. cossack squat
rest 3-5 minutes between rounds
