Turkish Get Up with x5 snatches from the top position, then back down, left and right sides

a. goblet squats
round 1: maximum reps without dropping the bell in 30 seconds (rest 1 minute)
round 2: subtract -2 reps from max (no rest)
round 3: subtract -2 to -3 reps from max (no rest)
round 4: maximum reps without dropping the bell in 30 seconds (rest 1 minute)
round 2: subtract -2 reps from max (no rest)
round 5: subtract -2 reps from max (no rest)
round 6: subtract -2 to -3 reps from max (no rest)
b. x2 continuous Turkish Get Ups, left and right sides
