In todays session we will be practicing our hand eye coordination by incorporating the hand to hand swing. The repetitions will stay the same as last week but we will increase the rounds.
Equipment Recommendations: Two matching light-medium bells
x2-3 bent arm bar right
x2-3 bent arm bar left
x5 goblet cleans
x5 goblet squats
x5 slow pushups
Program: (40 minutes depending on rest breaks)
x2-3 each leg rear elevated lunges (double bell farmer hold)
x10 hand to hand swings (medium bell and switching at the top)
rest 1 minute repeat x6 rounds
(5 reps of everything on the right side then 5 reps of everything on the left. Rest 60 seconds 7 reps of everything, then 9 reps of everything. Rest 3-5 minutes and repeat 4-5 rounds.)
5 dead clean. 5 swing. 5 marches each leg OH march right then 7 repetitions then 9 repetitions.
