In session 7 we are incorporating presses in The Turkish Get Up. When we get to the half kneel position you will add 2-3 presses. We will be practing our single side cleans as well as floor presses with our hips up, an important detail.
Equipment Recommendations: one light or medium bell, two matching bells

Warm Up: 60 seconds each, running clock x2 rounds:
1. crawl counter clockwise
2. crawl clockwise
3. bodyweight Turkish Get Up each side (at the top 5 reverse lunges)
4. racked carry left
5. racked carry right
10 minutes total
6 minutes x3 rounds
1. x3-5 right deadlift
2. :20 on and :40 rest right side one arm plank
3. x3-5 left side deadlift
4. :20 on and :40 rest left side one arm plank
Program: x4-5 rounds of the below movements, depending on fatigue. This should feel 70% of your maximum effort and take between 35-45 minutes depending on rest needed.
1. x1 right 1/2 TGU (to 1/2 kneel) add x2-3 strict presses
2. x1 left 1/2 TGU (to 1/2 kneel) add x2-3 srict presses
3. x6-8 total double racked hold reverse lunges
4. x5-7 dead clean right
5. x5-7 dead clean left
6. x3-5 right side floor press (HIPS UP)
7. x3-5 left floor press (HIPS UP)
**rest 3-5 minutes repeat 4-5 rounds
