3. x1 Turkish Get Up with x2-3 laying presses on floor, left side
4. x1 Turkish Get Up with x2-3 laying presses on floor, right side
5. single side racked march left, 35-40 seconds with 5 seconds pause with each leg raise
6. single side racked march right, 35-40 seconds with 5 seconds pause with each leg raise
