Set 1: x2 rounds total, resting one minute between rounds. *This should feel about 70% of your maximum effort, rest 1 minute between sides, sets and the next movement. Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.

(2.3.5)x2 series single arm swings, alternate sides each set. Start with non-dominant hand the first series and dominant hand the second series. Rest 1-3 minutes in between sides and series.
