Today is the day we start doing TGU's for repetitions! We also will practice our single arm swings. We will also start to weave in snatch practice skills!
Warm Up
8 minute running clock
1. x10 goblet cleans
2. x10 total marches in goblet hold
3. x3 half kneeling windmill L
4. x3 half kneeling windmill R
Set 1: x2 rounds total, resting one minute between rounds. *This should feel about 70% of your maximum effort, rest 1 minute between sides, sets and the next movement. Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.
1. 2x Turkish Get Up, Right

Set 2:
(2.3.5)x2 series single arm swings, alternate sides each set. Start with non-dominant hand the first series and dominant hand the second series. Rest 1-3 minutes in between sides and series.
Set 3:
(2.3.5)x2 top down reset snatch, clean and push press/strict press to get to the top. Start with non-dominant hand the first series and dominant hand the second series. Rest 1-3 minutes in between sides and series.
