In this mobility focused class, Lacee leads you through the following sequences: breath work, feet+ankles+calves, hips+adductors, and back+shoulders+neck. This class is divided into sections with each section including it's own timer (so you can fast forward if needed). Although this class is not a typical training session, it is also not a relaxing session: come prepared to work!
