Have always been quite active, used to box a lot, as well as do other weight work and now enjoying doing some work with KBs. I was wanting to know when the sessions says to use a moderate and heavy bell, what weight are these generally? I would usually classify my 12kg as a moderate and the 16-20kg heavy. If you could let me know if I am on the right track, that would be awesome!
