Class/Session 8 should feel like an overall RPE (rate of perceived exertion) of 8, or 80% of your total overall effort. In this class we'll continue working the posterior chain+glutes, with an interval-based training session.
Key Movements and Equipment Recommendations:
*single leg assisted Romanian deadlifts (x1 moderate to heavy kettlebell or dumbbell)
*dead stop clean to row (x1 kettlebell you can comfortably row for at least x6-8 rep)
*single racked hold bench step ups (x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell, bench/study stool or platform)
*warm-up level SOS Turkish Get Ups and staggered stance deadstop cleans
