Class eight is back at you with a mix up of movements and progressions to continue honing your technique. You guessed it: rows, glutes and push movements with heavy bells. We’ll practice overhead practicing technique and learn how this movement is not just about the push, it’s about the whole bod. Stay focused, stay strong, get those bells up.
Equipment:
One or two heavy kettlebells and one bell you can press overhead x3-5 times.
Program:
Continuous 1 minute intervals x2:
1. Walk out to Squat
2. Beast to Bear
3. Racked Carry L
4. Racked Carry R

Skill Session Practice: 6 minutes
Overhead Press

Every 90 seconds x7 rounds:
*adjust reps as needed depending on bell weights/ability; must finish each interval with at least 20-30 seconds to rest before the next begins.
1 Racked Reverse Lunges x10 (x5 reps Left/x5 reps Right)
*bell is racked on side of FRONT leg
2. Single Arm Squat x10 (Left x5 reps+Right x5 reps)
3. Strict Press Left+Right x3-5 reps
4. Bent Over Row Left + Right x5-8 reps
