Warm Up
x3 rounds:
x5 baby Turkish Get Up, left and right sides, light bell
x5 single arm slow shoulder taps left and right sides
x10 single arm swings, left and right sides
Set 1: RPE 7 out of 10
x3 rounds
*rest 3 minutes between rounds, or until full recovered
a. x5 mixed weight double bell staggered stance deadlifts, heavy bell on side of back leg, right and left sides
b. x1 mixed weight double swing bell clean+x1 mixed weight racked march left and right with 5 seconds pause each march (switch rack and complete second time)
c. x1 Turkish Get Up+x3 reverse lunges from standing position+x1 strict press+x3 push presses+Turkish Get up to the floor, left and right sides
Set 2: RPE 8 out of 10
Every 30 seconds x10 rounds (10 minutes total):
1. hand-to-hand swings
2. x5 straight or bent knee leg lowers
