Warm Up
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest x2 rounds:
1. superman plank
2. hollow body heel taps left, then right (20 seconds each side)
3. elevated toes hip bridges
Every 30 seconds x2 rounds:
1. swing cleans, right
2. overhead hold, right
3. swing cleans, left
4. overhead hold, left
Set 1: RPE 8 out of 10
x3 rounds:
a. x5 double racked squats, RPE 8-9
b. x3 standing strict presses with 5 seconds lower after each rep, left and right sides
Set 2: RPE 8 out of 10
x3 rounds:
x5 elevated push ups, hands on overturned bells
x10 mixed bell gorilla rows, alternating bell grip after x5 reps
x10 double bell mixed weight chest presses, switching bells after x5 reps
