Class 5 should feel like an overall RPE of 8; be mindful of posture when doing seated presses.
Equipment Recommendations: x2 medium/heavy kettlebell, x1 optional light kettlebell, x1 optional pull up bar
Warm Up
3 minutes running clock:
1. x10 goblet cleans
2. x10 goblet marches, alternating leg lifts
3. x3 half kneeling windmills, left
4. x3 half kneeling windmills, right
Set 1: RPE 8 out of 10
x3 rounds
*rest 1-2 minutes between rounds, or until full recovered
A. x3 1+1/2 double racked squats
B. x3 seated presses, left and right sides
C. L-sit hang on bar, 15 seconds
*if no bar, hollow hold 20 seconds
Set 2: RPE 8 out of 10
x3 rounds
x1 bottoms up Turkish Get Up to second position (straight arm) right and left sides
x3-5 crush grip rows
x5 single side hollow hold chest press, left and right sides
Set 3: RPE 7 out of 10
Every minute on the minute x6 rounds (12 minutes total) resting in the remaining time left in the interval:
1. x10 two hand swings
2. superman plank to 30 seconds mark
