Today is the day for heavy bells. Pick weights that will reflect an overall RPE 9 out of 10 for reps and rounds.
Equipment Recommendations: x2 medium/heavy bells, x1 optional light kettlebell, optional pull up bar
Warm Up
40 seconds on, 20 seconds off x2 rounds:
1. suitcase deadlifts, L
2. suitcase deadlifts, R
3. reset swings
4. fist plank
Set 1: RPE 8 out of 10
Every minute on the minute x3 rounds (9 minutes total)
1. x10 double bell farmer's marches, 5 seconds pause each march
2. x10 goblet squats, 90 degree bell hold
3. x5-8 diamond push ups
Set 2: RPE 9 out of 10
x3 rounds
*rest 3 minutes after each round
a. x4 double racked reverse lunges left then right+ x5 double push presses
b. x5 bent over rows, right and left sides
c. x1-3 pull up bar leg lifts
* if no bar, x10 lying leg lowers
