30 seconds each, running clock:
1. down dog with heel raises
2. suitcase deadlift, double bells
3. side plank, right
4. side plank, left
5. pry squat
x4 rounds
20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest:
1. goblet cleans
2. two hand swings
Set 1: RPE 7
x5 rounds
x3 1+1/2 single rack squats, left and right sides
x5-7 standing strict presses, left and right sides
suitcase marches, left and right sides, 30 seconds each side
Set 2: RPE 7
x4 rounds
x10 dips on a chair, bench, or dip bar
x5 single leg deadlifts with double bell row at the bottom position of each deadlift, left and right side
x7-10 double bell chest presses
