The fourth installment in the live "sneaky core" series...
Today's class starts with a bodyweight and bell warm up, followed by skill practice moving from a half kneeling windmill to full bent press. Class finished with a 30-minute interval set incorporating moderate weight push, pull, power and lower body movements.
Modifications are offered to make this class appropriate for intermediate/advanced levels.
