Join Lacee for a posterior-chain focused class, incorporating heavy b-stance deadlifts, single arm swings, hinged rows and a Turkish Get Up variation that includes a bent press (modifications given for all levels). This intermediate/advanced level session should feel like an overall RPE; we recommend heavy weights for all movements.

*b-stance deadlifts (x1 or x2 heavy kettlebells or dumbbells you can deadlift for at least x6-8 reps)
*single arm hinged rows (x1 heavy kettlebell or dumbbell you can row for at least x6 reps)
*bent press to Turkish Get Down (x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell)
*single arm kettlebell swings (x1 heavy kettlebell you can swing for at least x6 reps)
