program focus: squat (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell), overhead push (single side strict presses), power (single arm kettlebell swings)
equipment recommendations:
*x1 heavy kettlebell (warm up goblet squats and two hand swings)
*x1 moderate to heavy kettlebell or dumbbell (at least x6 single racked squats)
*x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell you can overhead press at least x5 reps consecutively
x1 heavy kettlebell you can single arm swing for at least x8 reps
advanced level: barbell squats if you know them and have access
