Class 15 is the final class in the Elevated Basics program (you've made it to the end). Despite making it to the finish, you won't be cruising just yet. Staggered deadlifts, side or bent presses and a curtsey lunge finisher will keep you moving, challenged and pushing reps through the very last set.
Key Movements and Equipment Recommendations:
*Turkish Get Ups with chest presses (x1 moderate weight kettlebell you can chest press for at least x5 reps)
*double suitcase hold staggered stance deadlifts (x2 heavy kettlebells, dumbbells or trap bar that you can lift for at least x10 reps)
*optional bent presses (x1 moderate weight kettlebell)
*optional side presses (x1 light to moderate weight kettlebell)
*curtsey lunges (bodyweight only)
*dead stop clean to row (x2 moderate weight kettlebells you can clean at least x5 reps)
*optional chin ups or pull ups (pull up bar)
