Achieving your first strict pull up or increasing a max number are very doable goals when practiced often and with a plan. The Bells Up Pull Up Program, Series 1, is a 12-week program focused on total body strength, tension and building pull up reps from 0-5.
This program is appropriate for complete beginners (can do zero pull ups) to those that have a 4-5 rep max. Every class includes a unique movement demo video, along with a written program incorporating total body strength work using kettlebells/dumbbells, bands and a pull up bar.
Each session lasts 20-30 minutes and can be incorporated in to any Bells Up TV program or other program you're following.
Over the span of 12 weeks, you will complete 24 videos in order, twice. We recommend completing videos in sets of x4. Example: week one complete videos 1-4; week 2, repeat videos 1-4. Week 3 and 4, move on to videos 5-8. Videos can be done at your own pace, but follow the intended order.
