Description: This session starts off with some mobility for the upper body, a variation of crawl shifts to challenge your core and shoulder stability. There is a variety of planks to practice bracing to help with back strength as well as crab positioning to help teach lat packing, all important to help with posture.
Equipment: Bodyweight and barefoot
Key Movements: Breathing, mobility for upper body, variation of crawls and planks
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x2 rounds
10 Breaths
Stretch wrist on floor
Seated Twist
Wall shoulder circles
T Lifts/Glutes and Posterior Chain
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x3 rounds
Alternating reverse lunges with balance
Plank on knees and forearms
Crawl shifts (move forwad back same side then switch)
Deadbug with holds
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x2 rounds
High plank foot to hand reach
Side Plank bent knee on forearm
BW kickstand deadlift
Crab crawl weight shifts
