Description: This session will be doing more rounds of some of the same movements as well as progressing some of our movements. We will be crabbing and crawling in all directions (squares) going clockwise and counterclockwise.
Equipment: Bodyweight and barefoot
Key Movements: Breathing variations, crawling in all directions, hip bridges and squats
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x2 rounds
10 Breaths
Reach behind head stretch
Craw in square
Y lifts with 5 count hold
Crab square
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x2 rounds
Push into knee deadbug
knee pushups position shoulder taps
SL Hip raises
Squats
High plank hold low plank hold (modify on knees)
