Description: This session starts off slow and builds throughout the twenty minutes. We will practice lots of posterior chain engagement and then take the knee plank to a modified pushup! We will end with some lower body movements.
Equipment: Bodyweight and barefoot
Key Movements: Breathing, progressing our crawl and practicing crossing the midline, modified push ups and squats.
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:

10 Breaths
Reach behind head stretch
Crawl lat pack exercise
Y lifts with 5 count hold
Crawl move forward back with shoulder tap
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x2 rounds
Push into knee deadbug
knee pushups
Anterior/posterior tilting standing
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
x1 round
SL hip raises
Squat 5-8 with slow lower
Down dog with lateral reach
Breath
