Trade in your bike, pick up a few bells and start a solid routine with this 4-week challenge!
Week 2 includes 6 videos in partial format (movement demos ONLY) and a written program. All classes are 20 minutes in length, with the opportunity to increase the number of rounds in the final set of movements for a longer session. Class are appropriate for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered for movements.
