The final session of 365 Moderate brings it all together with a challenging Turkish Get Up variation, heavy double suitcase curtsey lunges (hello, booty) and targeted ab+core work. After finishing your second time through this class, move on to the final (optional) program test and a new Bells Up Studio Program!

*Turkish Get Up with one press in every position on the way up and down (x1 light to moderate kettlebell or dumbbell)
*double suitcase hold curtsey lunges (x2 moderate to heavy kettlebells or dumbbells)
