Lacee discovered kettlebell training in 2013; working with bells not only changed her body, but her entire career trajectory. She now helps clients build strong bodies with kettlebells, barbell and bodyweight training. She has earned numerous advanced kettlebell certifications and has helped countless clients learn to build lasting strength and habits using bells and their own body weight.
Lacee is especially passionate about educating women on the benefits of using kettlebells. Through coaching and creative programming, she helps women eliminate the fear of moving heavy weights, while developing strength, lean physiques and bodies that stay injury-free. Lacee wants every woman she works with to move weights for life and create a strong, sexy body with a resilient spirit and work ethic to match.
Lacee is a graduate with honors from Portland State University, holding a BA in Communications/Business Administration and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She is a former StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 2 and Bodyweight Instructor and a current RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. She has been featured in multiple fitness publications, including digital and print work for Self, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Runner’s World, Shape, and Women's Health Magazines.
