program focus: kettlebell cardio
equipment recommendations:
*x1 light kettlebell or dumbbell (arm bar)
*x1 two-hand swing weight kettlebell (RPE 8 for x10 reps)
*x1 kettlebell or dumbbell you can press overhead for at least x5 reps
*x1 light to moderate kettlebell or dumbbell you can chop (trust me, go light here)
intermediate level: full-on push presses
advanced level: grab a big bell and make it count
