Squat it off: quite literally, it's time to RPE 9 those weights a$$ to gra$$.
program focus: squat (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell), overhead push (single side strict presses), power (single arm kettlebell swings)
equipment recommendations:
*x1 heavy kettlebell (warm up goblet clean to squat)
*x2 heavy kettlebells or dumbbells (up to x5 RPE 9 squats)
*x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell you can overhead press at least x5 reps consecutively
x1 heavy kettlebell you can single arm swing for at least x8 reps
*advanced level: barbell squats if you know them and have access
