The last two weeks of your pull up program begins with a mini test! This time, it's chin ups vs. strict pull ups. No nerves, all smiles. Remember to pull the bar to you, look straight ahead, maintain a hollow body position and put on your favorite hype-up song.
Equipment Recommendations: pull up bar, x1 optional medium band
40 seconds on, 20 seconds transition, x2 rounds:
1. serratus floor press
2. snow angles
3. banded pull aparts
4. lat foam roll

*For the second repetition of Class 21: you can re-do the mini test, or take the same numbers from the previous mini test to use for daily reps.
Chin Up Sets:
0-1: banded half pulls x5
2-3: -2 from max rep set
4+: -2-3 from max rep set
*rest 60 seconds-2 minute between sets
