*x2 moderate to heavy kettlebells or dumbbells (RPE 7 double racked squats x6 reps)
*x2 matching kettlebells, dumbbells or barbell (RPE 9 double racked squats at least x6 consecutive reps)
*x2 moderate weight kettlebells or dumbbells you can overhead press at least x4-6 reps consecutively
x1 heavy kettlebell you can two hand swing for at least x10 reps
x1 heavy kettlebell you can single arm swing for at least x6 reps
